Program Management / Program Director (Automotive, Middle East)

Our client, a leading industrial company in the Middle East, is launching an ambitious initiative to establish its own vehicle production. To manage this large-scale transformation, we are looking for an experienced Program Director (m/f/d) to take full ownership of the program’s strategic and operational success.

Duration: long-term (12+ months)

Remote/On-Site: On-Site in the Middle East

Workload: Full-time

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Full responsibility for the setup and execution of the vehicle production program

• Establishment of a robust governance and reporting structure with clear KPIs and milestones

• Coordination and alignment of all workstreams across engineering, supply chain, production, and quality

• Steering of internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• Accountability for overall program budget, timeline, and deliverables

• Set-up and leadership of the Program Management Office (PMO)

• Proactive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across all sub-projects

• Preparation of progress reports and presentations for top management

• Building local capabilities and ensuring knowledge transfer to regional teams

YOUR TALENTS

• Several years of experience as a Program Director or Senior Project Manager in large-scale automotive projects

• Background in a top-tier strategy consultancy or international industrial organization

• Proven expertise in program steering, governance, and transformation management

• Strong financial, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead and motivate multicultural, cross-functional teams

• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on implementation skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level

• Willingness to relocate to the Middle East for an extended period

• Fluent English and strong intercultural competence
