For an international strategy project in the eyewear and optical lenses industry, we are looking for experienced freelance consultants to support the coordination and execution of an expert interview program with global industry specialists. The goal of the project’s first phase is to build a solid understanding of the global B2B spectacle lenses market and summarize key insights into market dynamics, regional differences, and industry structure.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Plan, organize, and conduct approx. 24 expert interviews with global stakeholders in the B2B spectacle lenses market

• Develop structured interview guides in close alignment with the client’s research objectives

• Collaborate with a standard expert network provider used by leading strategy consultancies

• Extract key insights and consolidate findings into a concise and well-structured summary report

• Identify key trends, regional dynamics, and competitive patterns based on interview results

• Communicate insights effectively to internal teams and project stakeholders

YOUR TALENTS

• Several years of experience in strategy consulting, market research, or business development (ideally ex-BCG, OC&C, Deloitte, or similar)

• Proven experience in conducting and analyzing expert interviews, ideally in collaboration with expert network providers

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to synthesize qualitative insights into clear strategic implications

• Excellent communication and moderation skills in an international setting

• Structured, independent, and results-driven working style

• Fluent in English and German
