Relevant Experience

• 15 years delivering, managing programs and multiple teams in executing and delivering data and AI programs
• Lead multi-phase Data & AI programs in alignment with UNE standards and AI policy framework
• Drive program governance including status reporting, issue resolution, and scope definition
• Ensure delivery of workstreams (strategy, architecture, governance, implementation) are at agreed timelines
• Align stakeholders, manage risks, and maintain strict quality and compliance benchmarks
• Act as point of coordination between ACENS, Tech Mahindra teams, and business units

Technical Skills:

• Project Management Tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
• Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
• Languages: Spanish, English

Education & Relevant Certification:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe Certified
• Experience managing top-regulated industries and AI projects
• Bachelor’s and Master’s in Engineering
