• 8-10 years of experience in total
• Experience in the area of Telco CRM
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Vlocity EPC, Vlocity CPQ, COM, Telecom Domain
• Discuss requirements with the customer regarding Salesforce
• Document user stories, discuss requirements with designers and the development team

• Sr. Salesforce Consultant
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, 
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Vlocity EPC, Vlocity CPQ, COM, Telecom Domain
• Familiar with Agile
• Salesforce certified
