YOUR CHALLENGE
- Implement ServiceNow ITSM as part of a large scale ServiceNow project
- Manage large number of different stakeholder in an international project team
- Analyse the customers' needs and develop solution on how to implement it in the system
YOUR TALENTS
- At least 8-10 years ServiceNow experience in the field of ITSM(development, technical programming, object-oriented programming, etc.)
- Experience in complex environments (large customers with complex system ecosystems)
- Experience in the telecommunications industry desirable
- Already implemented in projects or supported in implementations of: ITSM
