For our client we are looking for a Program Manager (m/f/x) for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Development and implementation of a global PLM strategy
• Integration of the PLM system into existing ERP, CAD, MES and PDM systems
• Definition and optimization of workflows for product development and management
• Management of PLM projects across different business units and locations
• Managing project teams and working closely with R&D, IT, production and supply chain
• Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and resources
• Improving product development processes through digital solutions
• Introducing and managing bills of materials (BOM), engineering change management (ECM) and documentation
• Ensuring data quality, versioning and traceability
• Collaborating with internal and external partners (suppliers, engineering teams, IT)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, FDA, GMP)

YOUR TALENTS

• Experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) and PLM systems (e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA)
• Knowledge of IT architecture, product development and manufacturing processes
• Experience with ERP, CAD and PDM integrations
• Strong project management skills (PMI, Agile, Lean)
• Communication and problem-solving skills
