YOUR CHALLENGE

• Developing and implementing a global MES strategy
• Ensuring the integration of MES with ERP and automation systems
• Defining standards and best practices for MES applications
• Managing MES projects across different production sites
• Steering project teams and collaborating with IT, production and engineering
• Monitoring schedules, budgets and resources
• Analyzing and optimizing production processes using MES data
• Ensuring efficiency gains, quality control and traceability
• Introduction of new technologies (e.g. IoT, AI, cloud-based MES systems)
• Collaboration with internal and external partners (suppliers, IT teams, production managers)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP, ISO 9001)
• Data management and cyber security measures for MES systems

YOUR TALENTS

• Experience in MES and production management
• Knowledge of IT architecture, automation and industrial processes
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and their integration into MES
• Strong project management skills (PMI, Agile, Lean Manufacturing)
• Communication and problem-solving skills
